When will my order ship?
We hand-pour and package all skincare products within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order leaves our St. Louis studio. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Ash + Stone offers free shipping on select merch and frequent promos on skincare bundles. Add products to your cart to see current free shipping thresholds and discounts applied automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. Please email us at support@ashandstoneskincare.com if you’d like to inquire about international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your skincare product or candle arrives damaged, please email photos to ashton@ashandstoneskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Products & Ingredients
Are Ash + Stone products organic and clean?
Yes! Our formulas are handcrafted in small batches in St. Louis with organic, plant-based ingredients like jojoba oil, beeswax, turmeric, papaya enzymes, and aloe vera. We avoid synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh chemicals.
Are your skincare products safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Many of our products are designed for sensitive skin and are non-comedogenic. Our balms soothe irritation, while our enzyme mask gently exfoliates. Always patch test first, especially if you have acne-prone or reactive skin.
