We offer a flat rate economy shipping fee of $7.00 for every order shipped within the USA under 1lb. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. We currently do not offer international shipping, but our small business is working hard towards it. All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days of an order being placed, unless otherwise notified. You will be sent a tracking number through USPS and they will take it from there.
What if you made a mistake with your order or shipping address? No worries, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order ships out to remedy any issues.
We are a small business with a small team and cannot currently accommodate returns/exchanges or issues refunds with the exception of product arriving damaged.
If you currentley have a subscription with us and would like to cancel and/or move to a later date. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can resolve this before your item is shipped!
We understand that skincare is very personal and everyone's skin is different and can respond differently to plant based skincare. With this is mind, if your products do not work for you, we recommend waiting through the "purging" period (which can be two weeks to a month for your skin to adjust to new products) before calling it quits. Also be mindful if you have any allergies to different ingredients such as stone fruit (avocado oil), or lavender that could be causing your skin issues.

If your product was delivered damages, please use this form to contact us and attach photos of your damaged item. We will remedy the situation and send you a replacement within 5 - 10 business days.
