Shipping:     
We offer a flat rate economy shipping fee of $7.00 for every order shipped within the USA. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. We currently do not offer international shipping, but our small business is working hard towards it. All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days of an order being placed, unless otherwise notified. You will be sent a tracking number through USPS and they will take it from there.

What if you made a mistake with your order or shipping address? No worries, just email us at ashandstoneskincare@gmail.com before your order ships out to remedy any issues.

Return policy:
We are a small business with a small team and cannot currently accommodate returns/exchanges or issue refunds with the exception of product(s) arriving damaged.

Regardless of this, we want to help you with any problem you may have. Please reach out with any issues you may have below and our team will assist you as soon as possible. Thank you for supporting our small business.

If your product was delivered damaged, please use this form to contact us and attach photos of your damaged item(s). We will remedy the situation and send you a replacement within 5 - 10 business days.
